Couple Discount
Each Member saves 10% when two individuals are both active Members and meet the Practice's couple discount requirements
Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual payments accepted.
Members who elect to pay annually in advance receive a 10% discount on the applicable Membership Fees for the 12-month period.
$99 Registration fee per adult member.
Discounts are not cumulative. When more than one discount may apply, the Practice will apply the discount that provides the greater savings to the Member.
The annual payment discount does not apply to registration fees, outside medical expenses, or other charges.
